Hmm wake up play PS3 cum chat with Jasmine, makan MOS burger that brought from Dagu & Ahma OMG I think I will get fatter if every weekend if that my breakfast. Change cab down to Yuhua for training. Training was shiok, was injury again but nvm is ok who care. Jiayong injury his ankles also hai. Went to Jiayong house to use his com to book movie ticket but, only left first two row so we cancel, bus down to Jurong point to shop, brought myself a bag, towel & X’mas exchange present, have dinner at Burger King then walk around, went to the arcade after that cab home.

Wake up at 8am, mother ask me wan go to grandmother house ma because I long time nv go there le, change & went over. When to purchase vegetable at the market first then went to have breakfast with my grandparent. Grandfather say that he wan to go Boon Kheng to purchase some item, my parent fellow him but I stay at grandmother house, wait for my cousin to finish their breakfast & play Wii together. Xiaoju say that he is bring my cousin to watch Bolt so he ask me wan fellow ma, starting I rejected because I don’t know wat time they going & tonight still got Taekwondo. Hmm I am buying a Wii soon ba, dam fun sia & so gian after play with my cousin. Parent back from Boon Kheng, Xiao Ju ask them wan go watch Bolt ma Papa throw the qus back to me, I say anything lor, then Xiaoju told him go watch la then can say more story to children ma, so he say ok. So ps mother as she went home, Xiaoju drove us down to PS ( Plaza Sin ). The show started at 12.10pm but we arrival too early liao, so after collection of ticket went to kopitiam to slack drink coffee. Hmm the show was nice la, should bring your kid, sis or bro … … too watch. After movie went to my house downstairs de coffee shop eat lunch then went home. Reach home Ahma friend came to chit chat with Ahma so join in awhile, then go update TKD list. When to Taekwondo, call David help me buy water then he told me that he is not coming WTH man, tell me early la. Training was ok la, train pattern then kick target then play football then went home =).

This is the first time I spent my Christmas in this way man, wake up play PS3 then watch TV, slack slack & slack until 2am in the morning I still haven sleep. Call David because I was hungry so ask where him as he is celebrating with his friend, he was at Clarke Quay so he cab down to my house then I change & wait for him for dinner & supper. Ask Shuyi along also, so we walk to a kopitiam nearby, don’t know wat to eat sia, Shuyi wan to makan roti prata but David order liao so went he makan finish we went over to makan prata. Laopo call up ask where am I as she cannot finish her food, she is at the place where we wanted to go so ask her to wait for me. Meet her up liao, then went off le & … … In that point of time I was quite sad & angry lor, as she promise le but she still do that lor. We continual our dinner & supper after that went to 7-11 to buy some snack & drink as we going to camp below my blk to chit chat. Raymond join us also, we chat a lots of stuff sia, cars, TP, study & most important Taekwondo ( TKD ) our blood ??? Haha. Chat until 7.15am went home bath slack then went to sleep.

Nthing do leh today play PS3 lor, then watch TV with family, cab down to Yuhua today for training because at home also nthing do ma. Training was shiok but injury was getting worst but who care, no one care for me, weather I am alive or death. After training Zian send junior home then we goes makan together, chat a lot with him. Training was so sian, teaching white belt is wasting my time & voice, but no choice who ask me is a Black Tip. Was so malu with Shaun performance, taking instructor course liao teaching still cannot make it sia hai. So after training cab down to Bukit Timah to makan dinner with Anli & David. Before going home tabao for Shuyi to makan hehe, because Anli keep don’t wan to eat just because she tmr going to eat buffet with friend, no matter hw hard we try to temp her she just will not give up, so we say you call Shuyi see she wan eat ma if she eat then we don’t force you liao, but if she don’t eat you have to eat so on the end Shuyi agree to eat & save Anli lor. Reach home around 12am+++ ba bath & sleep liao.

Wake up at 8am today, lie on the bed until 8.25am, morning call David going to attend a Christmas party held by Macpherson Zone A to C, meet him at Lambee first to makan breakfast. It was a very boring section so bo liao, is more man for kid. All of us was so boring over there man. Went home at 12.30pm. Bath start the com to do some update of list, Melvin call told me that there was soccer training so went over to train, hmm very slack lor cause kurafighter friend came down so we have a little match. End training Melvin send me to Northpoint then I tabao home to makan. Was watching Singapore vs Vietnam second half, Vietnam was dam cb lor hai Singapore also counted suay la.

Meet up with Shuyi at 6.45pm then cab down to training, sir went to dinner so ask us to take charge, but that fucker Shawn was so cb, starting say don’t wan to take charge & build ppl pain in own happiness until he happy liao then agree to take the class wtf man, because he is going to instructor course so I am training him, abit of mistake me make I scold him. After training went to chit chat with two ladies, Shuyi & Anli until 1am then reach home.

Went to Carrefour to buy so ingredient that the hotel don’t have. Step into the kitchen the feeling was different, feeling so great sia, well start to do mise en place well I don’t know wat to start off first sia =((( maybe too long nv do this kind of thing le ba. After training cab down to The Central to makan Maradan ??? ( Market place ), cause Bantian got $40 off cash so go lor. The food there is quite nice, after that went to Eski bar to have a drink, Bantian went to fetch Jiayong because he don’t know how to come, but awhile later Bantian walk back ask Shuyi & me to go out first cause got a police car outside. So went out to walk lor, then I & her slack at the OCBC bank there to chit chat. Went back they wanted to leave liao, so walk around & waited for Zian to come then we went to East Coast Park slack awhile then went home liao. Today is a busy day for us, is our D & D ( Dinner & Dance ) today, early in the morning chiong all the lunch buffet food, once came back from lunch break all start to chiong the D & D food liao, my side total got 15 item need to do sia. Work until half way Brandon bring two chef in to help, in the end not two but four came the all came from Holiday Inn Atrium. Well bring them down to canteen then found out most of them from Malaysia. I am attending the dinner so help them do the set up lor, if go home & come again also no point. Keep on kana disturb by Ivan sia, the dinner start at 7.45pm, it was a very enjoying night, dam funny. Went home at 11.15pm.

Wake up at 12pm, once wake up start to chiong project liao hai. Around 5.15pm went to meet Joel then cab down to The Central. He is giving us a treat, because his birthday today lor went over to meet Jiayong & Zian. Reach The Central was thinking wat to eat because there is a lot of nice food over there, in the end we choose a ramen shop that Joel introduces. The shop menu only got 2 page, they only got 3 kind of ramen nia and still a lots of ppl makan. After makan went to shop at the basement, a Japan grocery shop. We combine both receipt together so that we can exchange an umbrella, lame right then Zian whole day keep on di siao sia, no matter where we went. Zian got drive van so we got transport, down to expo to walk walk, because today is the last day of IT fair & Zian wanted to buy a waterproof camera, they having lelong sia, I wan to buy so item but lag of cash hai. Send Jiayong to camp, he need to book in by 2120pm if not we can play longer. Went to Causeway Point Court to see camera. Went to steal a cupboard to throw my thing in, morning Chaoyin confirm that we must clear our locker, so went back to clear. Wait for Chaoyin to end work, to pass me my thumb drive went opposite to makan roti prata then Zian send us home.

Training was shiok but my waist got injury again hai. After work went down to Sunset Way to makan cause Dingyang GF tmr BD. They makan steamboat buffet, but Joel & me went to makan New Hong Kong Tea Restaurant. After makan went over to meet them, we cab down to Home Team NS to play Bowling, wa long time nv bow liao. Well went to work early in the morning, feel so fucking weak & can faint any time. I from 7am tahan until 10am sia. So went to see a doctor at 10am but the doc will only come after 10.30am wth. While waiting for my turn, have a nap over there. Finally my turn, got a one day off from the doctor, so went back & hand the MC to Chef & went home. After taking the medicine I was been knock off sleep all the way to 6.15pm then wake up, don’t feel like going to training, but not enough man power so went down. Hai work as a runner today because Derrick nv came work today due to asthma, nb my hand was been wrap up because cannot enter water & dirty stuff hw to run buffet like that ???. Nvm still help out Chaoyin wat ever I can do. End work at 4.15pm went back to the clinic to change dressing then went back to look for Chaoyin to makan with him. Slack at the gym room first because he says he want to excise. Yes first day work in production, cut lots of vegetable today & time fly really fast. Well my hand was kana cut again, this time is a very deep wan cause the knife was not sharp hai, my whole skin came off, can see through the meat liao the blood keep on flowing out. Went to see a doc after work because scare of infection, doc wanted to give me MC but I rejected it. Tmr need to go back to see the doc again. Went back to find Chaoyin to slack awhile, bus home & off to training. After training went to drink water with Leonard then went home liao.

Well work today was so shag lor because I am sick, down with flu, blocking nose, stomach upset & LS ( Diarrhea ). Went to toilet 3 times in the morning. So went to see the doc after the breakfast operation. Well I have taken the medicine, it only make me feel the same way lor hai. Feeling sleepy but haven end my work so ren lor. After work Yanyan call ask me wan go meet them up ma, at Centrepoint mac, so went over to found out hw are their case le. Well I only can say that, they are dam unluckily kana cheated by the school hai. Went to makan Hong Kong Tea Restaurants, chit chat Mother call ask me wat time end work, because today is my Chinese BD, Ahma cook noodles for me to eat. Went home with dragging feet, sit on the chair to rest & fallen asleep. Meet Chaoyin first at Suntec City, because I wan to buy chop for the TKD club then nw having Bookfair, mother say there cheaper ma. After done, went back to Cityhall to meet Jarome & his gf. Went back to Suntec to Shop at Bookfair. Buy two cook that cost me around $90+++ ba. Tecklai & Hweekheng join us too. Went to MS ( Marina Sq ) BK to chit chat cum makan lor, Hweekheng left first cause she doing split shift & we left at 7pm. The book was dam heavy sia, both my hand broken liao lor. Walk down Citylink went to HMV to have a look then walk home.

Work in the afternoon today. Wake up went to have MOS Burger for breakfast, feeling dam full sia. Hai do buffet running again sian sia, three people run a buffet hai. Went to do something else since got Derrick & Xavier, so help out in the Cold Kitchen. The buffet close at 4.30pm cause of some problem we have with the F&B staff management. Dinner still ok lor feel dam shiok the feeling is back I can say. Close buffet at 10.30pm the same old problem lor hai. Went down to The Chambers to support Chelsea, but is a big disappointing the referee was dam kelong :

Well last day of spilt shift work. Work with wood today only I & him in late morning of the breakfast buffet. Lunch was busy as I am only the runner as wood working live station, Derrick bring his family & GF come makan cum celebrate his gf birthday. Went back home to sleep, Mother call, ask me wan go meet her with Juma & Yima ma, cause they at PS ( Plaza Singapura ) but I rejected. Sleeping was shiok sia but not enough hai. Start work at 6pm, once reach they ask me to wear my full gear & report to W.O.P restrunt, I was shiock. So went over all the kitchen staff was there so we wait & I ask wat happen they say that our GM was award the best GM of the year & he is coming back liao so we are doing a little welcoming ceremony. Wait & wait finally GM was back, we stand neatly in two rows to congrate him. After that all the kitchen staff rush back while we only have 5 more min to the buffet operation start so all of us was rushing here & there lor. Yes next week working time table was out I will be working at production yep, hope that can learn as much thing as I can. Before went home Hui Hui told us that they are not working liao from tmr onward cause of the permit ba, well I only can say is all the best & stay in touch.

Well today off, but wake up at 8am going to Grandma house cause my Yima & Juma come Singapore so go bring them walk around, cause mother & I only today free, like that also good la don’t need to see Yima for too long, today only I cannot tahan her liao. Went to Lim Chu Kang cemetery first to go pai Great Grand Mother, well Xiaoju hired a bus to bring us there. Reach Lim Chu Kang cemetery my feeling change liao, so long nv went there le, remember the day went I still small went to her house will go call her first then her smile face still in my mind, the time went she was in hospital once free will go visit her with Father & Mother. After that went to IMM for shopping section. So he left & see doc left me alone to run the dam buffet, one person 3 station, luckily Chef Wong came out to help me if not I really don’t know wat should I do. Hmm second day of work, well today lunch was dam fucking busy la, alot of function then all the ppl came in makan together then kitchen cock up like hell. Went to work dam tired, work split shift hai, work not very smooth today, half way through Chef Ivan say that he know the incident ytd liao say that need to call up the sch I say ok lor, hai why bring this up again. After breakfast bus home to rest, went back to work at 2.30pm, boss right hand man was at the coffee house so cannot clear the buffet on time, wait until 3pm then start clearing, was waiting for Sir call whole day but he didnt call ??? Help out here & there, after my break Andrew & Brandon say that I am in deep trouble the kid shirt stain cannot be remove, the shirt is his aunt brought from US cost US $100 to US $200 ba wtf wear gold better la & say that Ivan wanted to fire me ytd =(((( hai like that only kana fire ar wth. Continually to work lor, night was still ok but kitchen was dam fucking busy alots of room service order, around 9.30pm hear that the boss daaughter came to makan with her friend so fast run to do the buffet again, dam tired man. Hmm second day of cold kitchen live, nb once start work kana transfer to do buffet cause full house, work until buffet close, today Xavier & Derrick went to orientation hai left me & Chaoyin run buffet only. While changing of sushi I knock onto the soya sauce pot then the pot spill then kana guest shirt, carry on with my job first before that say sry to the kid, went back the mother was complaining to Zul about the incident I went over & say sry & carry on with my job. Went back to work after two days of break, doing split shift sia nb. Start work at 8am once reach Andrew ask me makan breakfast le ma you all think very caring right after that he say later go work at receiving, I was like nb true anot today Saturday when Holiday Inn do receiving at Saturday de, then he say just go down at 8.30am I was like WTH dont bluf me leh he say dont believe go ask Chef Wong then just nice he walk out & he told me later wat to do I was like hmm ok lor. Went down with Chef Wong starting I was like very scare, dont know wat to do & dont know can work properly with him ma even dought he treat me very good, starting was not very busy, was using the com to blog ( where last 2 post was written & read online new ), he taught me all the thing that wat Teckwee & Rasmeh was doing every day so fun but quite tiring. After lunch my really work start, one shot 5 to 6 supplier come together the most sian part is all is alot of stock de, so I went up & down alots of time Chef Wong also help me if not I dont need go for my split shift break lor, the work officially end at 3pm went to change then have a nap wake up at 5pm to accompany Chaoyin & Xavier to makan then I went back to work. Night was dam busy all is heavy eater, work until very tired, my phone keep on ring cause today Jiayong first book out then Monday PH so they wan go out late so ask me wat time I end work & asking me wat programme I like to do. In the end they choose to watch movie. End work rush home by bus then run, bath & cab down to meet them, the show was quite stupid still got second part lor sian, after movie went to makan at a Hong Kong theme restaurant then Joel father come send us home thankyou BBBYS.

Work, after breakfast Chef Wong ask me or Xavier to go clear store chiller cause they going to wash it. So I told Xavier I go clear, he continual to clear buffet, EL & do set up. So went to clear the chiller, got help from the stewarding ppl so we clear together. NB the chiller was fucking dirty lor, imagine my whole chef uniform from white change to gray colour. We use around 30min to 45 min to clear the chiller, after that went to change my chef uniform cause later still need to run buffet, went too lunch too. Hmm lunch is busy de somemore work with a block of wood nb, around 1.30pm went back to put back the stuff at the freezer first while the still need to wash the chiller. Around 3.00pm the chiller was done so went to put the stuff back with Derrick. Went home around 5pm by right end at 4pm de. Reach home have a nap after that, start to do my own stuff liao.

During afternoon I was been sabo by Baroom ( Restaurant Manager ) cause GM come my restaurant to makan, then today live station is fry kuay tiao, he keep on look at it then Baroom ask him wan ma, then he say yes so Baroom call me fry new wan lor. I was not scare at all just fry but I dont know can ma so call AhBoon help me taste first he say ok then I serve. YES GM say that I fry not bad but not HOT enough, so AhBoon ask me go take chilli for him & I did I was so happy man. Afternoon went to Fico Sport Hub to play soccer again, they have a 5 a side compertition today make the place very noisy & no space to put our bag man. I really like the feeling man after 5 days of fucking work then can rest nw, play with a sport I like & sweat. Play until 5.20pm went to bath, nb no space to bath sia. After bath cab down to training all not going down accept me hai nvm, train until half way Bantian & Zhian came down, so I hand back the class to Zhian. He keep on playing with the kid dont wan to take class, I also dont care so much just sit one side slacking, after awhile aunt Rose told him, if he dont wan to take class just end the class cause later still go function there. Then he ok lor WTH nvm. After class change Zhian send us down to Ceni to find Joel as he went there to support Lifei & Liqiang in there Rock Band game Compertition. My apron let me tear into half went I was trying to tie then finish clearing EL went to so set up for live station, saw Brandon haven come back from lunch went to do live station first lor, went he came back tell him that I wan to go change my apron & go for lunch too, he yell at me ask me why haven go makan, say that no one stand live station nw, I really wan to say out my voice that time but I keep it again hai. After work I dont wan to go to chat with Teckhwee de but Chaoyin say just go la awhile only, so pei him lor we sat there & chit chat then Teckhwee went crazy throw the mop on the floor & say wan to tell Chef Ivan about it, I thought he was all right then I went off first cause got TKD later ma, then Chaoyin call say that Chef Ivan wan talk to me nb I on the bus liao leh at PS so no choice walk back, then kana scold by Chef Ivan cause Teckhwee say I order him to do work, pls la you nv do properly say me cb kana fuck then very TL went back home & rest. CB my head- phone spoil  liao cb knn saw / meet sui ppl thing will change / happen sia cb. Went to training at night, give all my temper out to the sand bag. Well today off, but I wake up at 6.15am sia. Went to Jalan Besar CC for road marshal. All the marshal went to have a walk first, then standby at our guarding point, my point was quite dangerous & need to look out for traffic also. The walk start off at 9.30am & we at the point at 8.30am liao hai. After doing road marshal went to buy bubble tea sir treat us then went off to swimming with David. Well too long nv swim liao dam shag sia is ok, I was thinking of going swimming once a week but no ppl accompany me leh sian. After training went to MS to makan Yuki Yaki was dam full man, walk around there saw a shop sell nice short until 6XL so went in to have a look, nb the shop wan to rob ppl ar 1 plain short cost $42.90 sia. After that went to Liang Seng buy plastic plank to practise our demo. Cab home then play pool awhile then went home rest tml working morning again.

Around 5.30pm meet David at Marnia Sq again, went to Liang Seng to buy sand bag for Macperhson, after that cab down to training. Today training was shiock sia, my feeling is back man. After training went to makan then went home. Tml working 3pm to 11pm then Sunday off again but, need to go help sir out in road marshaling.

Hmm work split shift today sian, lunch & dinner was busy, dinner stuff abit forget liao OMG. After work went home straight then use the com liao. Miss someone so call the ppl & the ppl nv reply or ans my call ytd worh sian today also, so call & call until 11.45pm then pick up =(((( chat awhile then went to sleep liao.

Work, after work cab down to training at Yuhua, after training went to makan cause Jiayong going army in two day time. After makan dam tired but they say wan go sing K. So no choice fellow them lor, sing until 3.15am cab home. Went to sleep at 4am wake up at 5.45am went to work.

Feel dam shag sia, ppl say I look like just drink beer then to work, I feel so too walk as cannot walk properly. Today work dam unluckily sia I change my uniform for three time sia 

1. Went to work 
2. Went to clear EL chocolate bun chocolate kana my shirt 
3. During lunch buffet sauce kana my whole body

Around 3.15pm Chaoyin sms me say that Xavier coming to hotel to sign letter, ask me wan meet them ma, then went home also nthing do so ask him reaching call me, I chio Ahwai go drink coffee then he say going liao he chio Yves & Korn, so meet up with Chaoyin & Xavier went Xavier done went to find Ahwai they all, slack there talk about working stuff. Around 6.15pm walk to PS to makan MOS burger, Xavier left first, left me & Chaoyin so walk around finding er jie present, OMG I wan to buy Rock Band went I get my next pay leh, should I ???  Papa call me ask me at where cause he & mother at Cathey buying thing so went over to meet them while Chaoyin went home. After meeting Papa & mother went home sweet home.

Work, today is the Taekwondo grading day sian nv went down cause of work. Wish them good luck. Work still the same, after work meet Joel, Shuyi & Shihui at MS, went to Liangseng to find the sand bag price. Walk awhile Shihui left to meet her friend, Joel, Shuiyi & Me went to Changing Appetite to have my dinner & their dessert, have alots of fun & chat over there. After a sumptous dessert meal, went to arcade where have lots of machine for us to kiap the soft toy. Joel & I try to kiap Elmo and Doraemon soft toy for her but we were to sux at it. After that went to arcade.  At 10 plus we left marina, walk through city link. Joel took MRT h0me. Shuyi & I walked home.

Work is still so sian lor nvm is ok, breakfast & lunch was busy. After work accompany Chaoyin to go drink water relax as he still need to work until 11pm. Went home bath cab down to training, back side haven hot cab down to Bukit Timah liao, cause Jaiyong meeting his NCC friend for dinner, then left me & Joel only so no choice tag along lor. Finish makan slack awhile, went to Singapore pool to collect my money then cab home with Joel.

Work & work. During breakfast Antony fall down again this is the fourth time he fall & send to hospital to check up, all the guest was seeing him & asking him are he ok ma. After he been send off the fire alarm rang, all the fire & gas has been cut due to the alarm, some of the customer ask us any pancake left as our pancake have taken finish. It took about 30 min to 1 hour for the fire & gas to be back & the whole kitchen is dam fucking hot & smokey like going into a steam bath lor. Lunch was busy as usually. After work went home rest then went to training. I took the white belt again, they squeeze my temper to the top & I scold out, all was stun. After training as usually play soccer then cab home.
