Yes finally day of work before my 3 days off, work in the afternoon at cold kitchen. Work with Derrick in the afternoon found out that he is quite nice to work with alot better then wood lor. After buffet found out that next week schedule out so have a look & found out that Monday & Tuesday off, that mean I will be having a 5 days off straight man nb, go kp him la, then he say if whole week I can off he wan to put, cause he dont wan to see me ma find lor, next I count hw many hour I work each week must work 48 hours but he put me work 54 hours so I kp again la, work more also no money to get, then he like not happy like that pls la, if not got us you all can work until so relax ma. End work went home straight to rest dam it.

Went to work dam tired, work split shift hai, work not very smooth today, half way through Chef Ivan say that he know the incident ytd liao say that need to call up the sch I say ok lor, hai why bring this up again. After breakfast bus home to rest, went back to work at 2.30pm, boss right hand man was at the coffee house so cannot clear the buffet on time, wait until 3pm then start clearing, was waiting for Sir call whole day but he didnt call ??? Help out here & there, after my break Andrew & Brandon say that I am in deep trouble the kid shirt stain cannot be remove, the shirt is his aunt brought from US cost US $100 to US $200 ba wtf wear gold better la & say that Ivan wanted to fire me ytd =(((( hai like that only kana fire ar wth. Continually to work lor, night was still ok but kitchen was dam fucking busy alots of room service order, around 9.30pm hear that the boss daaughter came to makan with her friend so fast run to do the buffet again, dam tired man. Wait for her to finish the food then can clear the buffet waste any other 20min nb. Help out them to do some stuff then went home. Thank you Sir Brandon for driving me home.

Hmm second day of cold kitchen live, nb once start work kana transfer to do buffet cause full house, work until buffet close, today Xavier & Derrick went to orientation hai left me & Chaoyin run buffet only. Help out at cold kitchen after buffet, during night operation thing really bad happen =(. Hai I should blame myself or the person who do the set up ??? While changing of sushi I knock onto the soya sauce pot then the pot spill then kana guest shirt, carry on with my job first before that say sry to the kid, went back the mother was complaining to Zul about the incident I went over & say sry & carry on with my job. Went to change my apron, after that Zul came & find me say that the mother was very angry say that I nv say sry to her, WTH I say but she nv listen leh nb. Zul settle the problem for me by give them a cake & help the kid to do express washing the ppl in the kitchen who doing night shift all know about it. Work, Work, Work time fly off, around 9pm ba had a great fall in the kitchen this is the second time liao, morning nearly had a fall but luckily didnt but nw =((( hai. Went home late keep on think of the incident wat should I do ???

Went back to work not very ok haha. First day work in cold kitchen still quite ok Andrew teach me. Night was shit nb, so many ppl & all heavy eater, all our food & dessert not enough sia cb. After work went makan with Andrew & Brandon at old rail way station, after that Brandon send me home thank you sir.

Off again, Wake up at 12pm. Play PS3 & watch Tv while waiting foe Joel call, cause I am buying Rock Band today yep, meet Joel at AMK Hub at 5.45pm but he was late nvm is ok, so went to Funz Centre nb Rock Band have been sold out then must wait until next Tuesday then they come sian sia. Brought a new version of PES 2009, went to makan Ichiban Sushi then slack awhile then bus home I think I am looking forward to buy N79 look quite good.

Went back to work after two days of break, doing split shift sia nb. Start work at 8am once reach Andrew ask me makan breakfast le ma you all think very caring right after that he say later go work at receiving, I was like nb true anot today Saturday when Holiday Inn do receiving at Saturday de, then he say just go down at 8.30am I was like WTH dont bluf me leh he say dont believe go ask Chef Wong then just nice he walk out & he told me later wat to do I was like hmm ok lor. Went down with Chef Wong starting I was like very scare, dont know wat to do & dont know can work properly with him ma even dought he treat me very good, starting was not very busy, was using the com to blog ( where last 2 post was written & read online new ), he taught me all the thing that wat Teckwee & Rasmeh was doing every day so fun but quite tiring. After lunch my really work start, one shot 5 to 6 supplier come together the most sian part is all is alot of stock de, so I went up & down alots of time Chef Wong also help me if not I dont need go for my split shift break lor, the work officially end at 3pm went to change then have a nap wake up at 5pm to accompany Chaoyin & Xavier to makan then I went back to work. Night was dam busy all is heavy eater, work until very tired, my phone keep on ring cause today Jiayong first book out then Monday PH so they wan go out late so ask me wat time I end work & asking me wat programme I like to do. In the end they choose to watch movie. End work rush home by bus then run, bath & cab down to meet them, the show was quite stupid still got second part lor sian, after movie went to makan at a Hong Kong theme restaurant then Joel father come send us home thankyou BBBYS.

Off again, wake up at 12pm, Play PS3 until mother came back. Mother brought me spring chicken from her company, after that watch TV & then off to training. Took cab down & the uncle went wrong way so he discount me $14 and I earn cost usually cost me $16 to $18 ba. After training slack awhile then cab down to Geylang with Anli & David to makan Wen Toa Sai, Then cab home.

Work with wood again nb cb, I really cannot tahan him man, just like a block of wood stand down there only leh, ask him run buffet he will only use the tong or spoon to stir the food. Tml got Audi ( NEA ppl come to check on us ), so while waiting for our work to end help our Shuan to clear the chiller if not he cannot go home, I help him until half way he went home liao cb the chiller haven clear finish leh, then wood still stand down there dont wan help, I was so tl that I say can u help out anot then he still thick sick say he got while he only stand there, before that he only take the gun tag walk here walk there only cb. End work rush back home bath and cab down to Macperhson to help Shimu to take class, after class went to makan with Samual to chit chat with him about his pro.

Work, after breakfast Chef Wong ask me or Xavier to go clear store chiller cause they going to wash it. So I told Xavier I go clear, he continual to clear buffet, EL & do set up. So went to clear the chiller, got help from the stewarding ppl so we clear together. NB the chiller was fucking dirty lor, imagine my whole chef uniform from white change to gray colour. We use around 30min to 45 min to clear the chiller, after that went to change my chef uniform cause later still need to run buffet, went too lunch too. Hmm lunch is busy de somemore work with a block of wood nb, around 1.30pm went back to put back the stuff at the freezer first while the still need to wash the chiller. Around 3.00pm the chiller was done so went to put the stuff back with Derrick. Went home around 5pm by right end at 4pm de. Reach home have a nap after that, start to do my own stuff liao.

So fast 365 days have fly of, still can remember 365 days ago wat happen is still running very clearly in my mind. Ahwee TC we will miss you always.

Went to work today, teach Xavier hw to cook egg in the morning. During afternoon I was been sabo by Baroom ( Restaurant Manager ) cause GM come my restaurant to makan, then today live station is fry kuay tiao, he keep on look at it then Baroom ask him wan ma, then he say yes so Baroom call me fry new wan lor. I was not scare at all just fry but I dont know can ma so call AhBoon help me taste first he say ok then I serve. YES GM say that I fry not bad but not HOT enough, so AhBoon ask me go take chilli for him & I did I was so happy man. After work went home have a nap then switch on the com to do something importance then blog also lor, later going TKD training to fa xie.

Today finally is my off day but wake up at 11.30am, dont know why just cant sleep man. Play PS3 & makan MOS burger brought by my Dagu & Ahma, dont know is ppl key in one more or they give us one more burger. Afternoon went to Fico Sport Hub to play soccer again, they have a 5 a side compertition today make the place very noisy & no space to put our bag man. I really like the feeling man after 5 days of fucking work then can rest nw, play with a sport I like & sweat. Play until 5.20pm went to bath, nb no space to bath sia. After bath cab down to training all not going down accept me hai nvm, train until half way Bantian & Zhian came down, so I hand back the class to Zhian. He keep on playing with the kid dont wan to take class, I also dont care so much just sit one side slacking, after awhile aunt Rose told him, if he dont wan to take class just end the class cause later still go function there. Then he ok lor WTH nvm. After class change Zhian send us down to Ceni to find Joel as he went there to support Lifei & Liqiang in there Rock Band game Compertition. We went to ate BBQ Chicken, is dam hot & not nice at all lor, after that I cab home, while Bantian went home, Joel go Butter Factory & Zhian go friend BD chalet.

Went to work unfit, feel headache & giddy until end work. Kana kp again hai. My apron let me tear into half went I was trying to tie then finish clearing EL went to so set up for live station, saw Brandon haven come back from lunch went to do live station first lor, went he came back tell him that I wan to go change my apron & go for lunch too, he yell at me ask me why haven go makan, say that no one stand live station nw, I really wan to say out my voice that time but I keep it again hai. So he reject letting me have my lunch nvm is ok went to change my apron, went I came back he call me go for lunch, but next time after 12pm cannot go ok fine went to toilet first too pe & 2 drop of tear drop down =( really dont know why just cannot control. Went off on time today dont care them nb, went to see a doc again. The doc say that I really not enough rest. Went home have a nap went off to training again cause not enough ppl. After training cab down to Bukit Timah to makan again with David haha then cab home again .

Counting down 2 month end of IA shiock sia. Work split shift today dam tired sia, went to have a nap during split shift break. Wake up went up to cut the vegetable for tml egg station, then went to meet Ahwai to drink coffee, he also work split shift, went back to hotel at around 5.15pm then meet Chaoyin, Xavier & Derrick for dinner then went back to work. Dinner still ok lor, end work at 10.45pm by right 10pm de lor, cause I ask A...... need help ma then he call me finish all his job then can go back nb. Dam fucking tired lor, tml by right work straight shift de but no ppl teach Xavier ma, Chaoyin off then I need to work split shift again lor nb. Reach home start to have running nose liao OMG  I dont wan to be sick.

Need to work 5 days before my off day. Today my Junior coming to the hotel to start their IA, alot of funny stuff happen. After work I dont wan to go to chat with Teckhwee de but Chaoyin say just go la awhile only, so pei him lor we sat there & chit chat then Teckhwee went crazy throw the mop on the floor & say wan to tell Chef Ivan about it, I thought he was all right then I went off first cause got TKD later ma, then Chaoyin call say that Chef Ivan wan talk to me nb I on the bus liao leh at PS so no choice walk back, then kana scold by Chef Ivan cause Teckhwee say I order him to do work, pls la you nv do properly say me cb kana fuck then very TL went back home & rest. CB my head- phone spoil  liao cb knn saw / meet sui ppl thing will change / happen sia cb. Went to training at night, give all my temper out to the sand bag. After training play with the plank then went to makan chat about EOY chalet then went home.

Well today off, but I wake up at 6.15am sia. Went to Jalan Besar CC for road marshal. All the marshal went to have a walk first, then standby at our guarding point, my point was quite dangerous & need to look out for traffic also. The walk start off at 9.30am & we at the point at 8.30am liao hai. After doing road marshal went to buy bubble tea sir treat us then went off to swimming with David. Well too long nv swim liao dam shag sia is ok, I was thinking of going swimming once a week but no ppl accompany me leh sian. After training went to MS to makan Yuki Yaki was dam full man, walk around there saw a shop sell nice short until 6XL so went in to have a look, nb the shop wan to rob ppl ar 1 plain short cost $42.90 sia. After that went to Liang Seng buy plastic plank to practise our demo. Cab home then play pool awhile then went home rest tml working morning again.

Wake up slack awhile play PS3, cause working at 3pm. Once reach hotel start to work shit thing nb nvm. Dinner by right must work at my working place de but Brandon call me go Tandoor to help out cause got function Chaoyin work as part-time.After work went to makan at Bukit Timah, bring Chaoyin there by cab. Chaoyin really good sia tml still got work still accompany me go makan then go there I wan treat him eat he dont wan sia. After that we took cab home separately. I still offer him $5 to took cab home haha, reach home watch England match I was shock man why England cant score at first half, second half score 5 goals man but dont know why A.Cole lop the ball sia to let opponent score stupid man nvm is ok.

Today off wake up at 10am ask Tiffany can pei me go find er jie present ma, meet her around 12pm at Bugis MRT, walk here & there I can confirm wat I wan to buy liao. After that went to buy bubble tea & went to NLB to slack. Went to makan Mac after that then went to Wastons to buy my shaver yes finally brought it. Send her to work, once reach home try the shaver liao quite nice, but first time shave I think I hurt my skin nw very pain & itching. Around 5.30pm meet David at Marnia Sq again, went to Liang Seng to buy sand bag for Macperhson, after that cab down to training. Today training was shiock sia, my feeling is back man. After training went to makan then went home. Tml working 3pm to 11pm then Sunday off again but, need to go help sir out in road marshaling.

Work, after work cab down to training at Yuhua, after training went to makan cause Jiayong going army in two day time. After makan dam tired but they say wan go sing K. So no choice fellow them lor, sing until 3.15am cab home. Went to sleep at 4am wake up at 5.45am went to work.

Feel dam shag sia, ppl say I look like just drink beer then to work, I feel so too walk as cannot walk properly. Today work dam unluckily sia I change my uniform for three time sia 

1. Went to work

3. During lunch buffet sauce kana my whole body

Around 3.15pm Chaoyin sms me say that Xavier coming to hotel to sign letter, ask me wan meet them ma, then went home also nthing do so ask him reaching call me, I chio Ahwai go drink coffee then he say going liao he chio Yves & Korn, so meet up with Chaoyin & Xavier went Xavier done went to find Ahwai they all, slack there talk about working stuff. Around 6.15pm walk to PS to makan MOS burger, Xavier left first, left me & Chaoyin so walk around finding er jie present, OMG I wan to buy Rock Band went I get my next pay leh, should I ???  Papa call me ask me at where cause he & mother at Cathey buying thing so went over to meet them while Chaoyin went home. After meeting Papa & mother went home sweet home.

Work, today is the Taekwondo grading day sian nv went down cause of work. Wish them good luck. Work still the same, after work meet Joel, Shuyi & Shihui at MS, went to Liangseng to find the sand bag price. Walk awhile Shihui left to meet her friend, Joel, Shuiyi & Me went to Changing Appetite to have my dinner & their dessert, have alots of fun & chat over there. After a sumptous dessert meal, went to arcade where have lots of machine for us to kiap the soft toy. Joel & I try to kiap Elmo and Doraemon soft toy for her but we were to sux at it. After that went to arcade.  At 10 plus we left marina, walk through city link. Joel took MRT h0me. Shuyi & I walked home.

Work is still so sian lor nvm is ok, breakfast & lunch was busy. After work accompany Chaoyin to go drink water relax as he still need to work until 11pm. Went home bath cab down to training, back side haven hot cab down to Bukit Timah liao, cause Jaiyong meeting his NCC friend for dinner, then left me & Joel only so no choice tag along lor. Finish makan slack awhile, went to Singapore pool to collect my money then cab home with Joel.

Work & work. During breakfast Antony fall down again this is the fourth time he fall & send to hospital to check up, all the guest was seeing him & asking him are he ok ma. After he been send off the fire alarm rang, all the fire & gas has been cut due to the alarm, some of the customer ask us any pancake left as our pancake have taken finish. It took about 30 min to 1 hour for the fire & gas to be back & the whole kitchen is dam fucking hot & smokey like going into a steam bath lor. Lunch was busy as usually. After work went home rest then went to training. I took the white belt again, they squeeze my temper to the top & I scold out, all was stun. After training as usually play soccer then cab home.

Last day of the month, 2 month & 14 days more to my BD, 2 month & 15 days more to IA end. Wake up slack here & there, went out with Tiffany to clarify some stuff between us & chat alot of thing happen. Shop around bugis then pei here wait for her mother, after that train down to Yuhua for training. After training is raining cats & dogs again went to have dinner then cab back home with David.

Wake up at 9.30am, play PS3. Meet David at 12pm & walk to Plaza Sin to buy the ingredient, it took us 2 hours to shop for the ingredient & cost me $132.70 sia nvm is ok. After that went to ta bao mac to my house to makan, cab down to my house. Around 2.45pm we started our baking section is so fun man. Bake until halfway I found out that our ingredient & some of the stuff nv buy or not enough, luckily Jiayong come down so call him to help us buy. Hai David keep on eat snake at my house lor do thing any hw de sian nvm is ok. It started to rain cats & dogs & we are waiting for Jiayong man, finally Jiayong came we start to do again, sian not enough time sia, if no rain, Jiayong came we can do in time de lor nvm is all right. We are done at 7pm sharp, sms sir told him that we will be late, went to buy ice & camp to wait for cab, waited for cab until 7.20pm, rush down is already 8pm le ba. Makan here & there chit chat, around 8.30pm sir start to fall in the kid / children, have a short presentation, Joel, Vis, Zian, Jiayong ,David, Bantian & Me was award a trophy to congratulate us for our cintribution towards Taekwondo. Yuxuan & Zixuan was award $50 for getting gold in National Compertition. After that have a group photo section, after all the kid / children left, the senior stay back to play around & took alot of photo with update the pic soon. We play until the CC ppl say that they are closing, went to makan the Zian send me home.
