Today as usually went to work, cut my nail & meat together. When I keep EL ( VIP Lounge) the two aunt that keep on bully the uncle wan hor was waitting for me at the lift sia, I thought they were going to break but they took the thing they need to wash & went away sia, went I went to break told the incident to bro, then Korn say two of them at there, then he help them say word la nvm. Working split shift is tired de lor end at 2pm then went to sleep at locker then kana awake by the house keeping china guy then went to B3 to sleep. Working at night nthing to do also, after 8pm can slack liao. Sir call me & ask me why nv go training ??? I think that something is not correct so went to check that the National fighting list out le ma, and really it came out my weight cate + me only got 6 ppl fighting, lucky fight 2 round to semi, bad luck 3 round to semi hope that I can kana the 2 round wan pls.

Yea off so happy, but ytd work is tired & sian de lor. So today went to hotel find Chaoyin then cab down to Clementi ITE to try out their new high tea menu & find out hw sir & mdm doing. Well the food is still ok but the service sux sia & no ppl de lor only six ppl in Amber hai. After eating go office , all of them is fine, chat until 4.35pm ba went off cause Chaoyin still got to find sir & mdmto work so took 106 back. Baby call me & ask me wan meet her ma so meet up with her, slack at National Library, she so good sia buy jelly bean for me to eat, went to makan with her at MOF then send her home. Reach lot 1 she walk by a shop that sell PSP, then she say that her mummy wan one very long liao so she went into the shop & brought one directly for her so good sia, went can I have it ??? Took a cab home after that.

Went to work but not as usually today, cab to work take the company doc sheet & went to see a doc first as I promise, wait for very long sia but nv late for work, the doc still ask me ok ma need MC I say dont need see so gd. Found out that is actually is my old pro stomach citrus & usually I work 12pm to 8pm but nw 12pm to 10pm dam fucking boring sia, suddenly got alots of ppl to work sia imagine two ppl do one thing nw. After work cab home again cause bring 2 pots of flower home haha, reach home both my dearest got pro sia so no choice take time to call them & chat went to sleep offically at 1+++am ???

Finally wait to this day, the day that I went for my second weight in =))). OMG GOD THIS FEW DAY WAKE UP MY GASTRIC DAM PAIN SIA DONT KNOW WHY SIA HAI. Wake up at 10.30am, went to sir house cause he wan me to help him transfer game to his PSP, hmm also not his wan I think is shimu wan haha, so half way through of transfer went to eat, then receive a call from sir telling me that Shawn kick the hard disk wire then auto dc sian sia I just sit down only sia =(((, so after makan faster rush back to sir house help him do then went down to meet sir. Went to NTC ( National Training Centre ) for my weight in, wait for dam long sia & I was feeling like any time I will fall, once weight in finish I rush down to the nearest coffee shop to buy water to drink. After weight in went to Singapore Flyer to makan Popeye Chicken & Biscuits but I no appetite so I went to Robert's Coffee just beside only to have some coffee. After makan walk around there, Zhian say that he got 2 free DHL balloon tic so ask us wan go seat with him ma, I scare of hight so I say u all go lor I help him look after the van so they went to check the price & stuff, came back they say need to wait until 5.40pm then can go up WTH is only 4+++pm only sia kns, then we slack at the van there to chit chat, dam ps sia alot of ppl was asking us weather driving out ma cause limited parking lot over there. Finally 5.30pm they went over again up to the sky this time, but me listen my MP4 until I fall asleep sia haha I am really tired sia hai, hear Zhian voice then I woke up went to Suntec after that saw Baby, I was like dont know wat to do, told them that I saw her then they very kaixin keep ask me where is her so no choice went over to say HI...... Went to MS after went Liang Sheng to buy TKD thing sian sia I wan buy padding but out of stock they say will help me check if have help me RESERVE =))). Catch a night movie THE DARK KNIGHT nice sia should go watch if u all free, before that got 1 hour time so we slack at carls junior to drink & makan for me. Hai sian got 2 days of orantation. Dam sian sia keep on listen listen & listen, luck got do so group work to train our teamwork. Have lunch at the 2 resturant there, both resturant food is nice but I prefer Tendor resturant ( North India Food ). Everyday eat mac for breakfast with Chaoyin.

OMG wake up at 4am in the morning, call Chef Ong say that I not going work very sry. Then went back to sleep, around 9am mother wake me up call me go see doc, cab down to Starhub Centre, OMG my company doc today nv open sia, so I walk to Holiday Inn to ask chef were got doc near by. After that took a cab to Tanglin Shopping Centre to see doc, the doc very friendly, but I wait very long sia nvm, doc give me 1 day mc call me to rest so after seeing doc went to wisma to eat breakfast then home sweet home. After work got a course need to attend at 3.30pm again, dam wasting my time la, after that acc Corn to go see company doc, cause he injury during work on sunday still haven recover. Reach home at 5.40pm, meeting TKD bro at 6.30pm at Cathay to watch movie. During the course I nearly fall asleep sia knn. I was the first wan to reach Cathay fellow by Jiayong, Joel, Tianguan, David & MK. After show walk around to see wat to eat but all the shop close liao, cause show end around 9.50pm like that, so we walk all the way to PS to eat Mos Burger then home sweet home.

Wake up at 4am in the morning, cause need to start work at 5am so cab to hotel. Reach hotel change & stuff, waited for my trainer until 5.20am, cause he oversleep & nv sleep at all, just rush back from Malaysia. Got work today, fucking tired but no choice still need to go. Do the same old thing fry oyster omelet, cut fish cake buffet runner. Today during both operation time work with Moses Lim, cause we doing a 60 theme, he is the promoter, he taught me alot of thing ty. Yep today off. Wake up late, found out that Ahlam Shushu & Dabo come my house, cause Dabo bring Ahlam Shushu go interview job. Dabo buy carrot cake for me for breakfast, omg ytd cook carrot cake & eat, today eat again nvm ty. So slack, play PS3 & watch TV. Meet TKD bro at Cityhall Mrt : Bantian, Jiayong, David, Tianguan, MK, Joel, Zhiann & Rahman to go makan cause Bantian going NS tml. So have a walk at Raffles City to meet David, Tianguan & Bantian first cn David change Hp liao went is my turn, then walk back to Cityhall Mrt to meet Rahman & MK, they rest straight go MS. Reach MS we were think wat to eat Kenny Rogers, Jack place or Soul Garden, in the end we choosen Soul Garden. Reach Soul Garden we were shock cause alot of kid there, from China de they got a exchange programme going on dam fucking noisy sia, no choice continually to take food. Have a very fucking bad dinning experience there, cause they got serve ice-cream, I went to take & their ice-cream is melted, so I told 1 of the working personnal that ice-cream melted she say ok ok then run out & have a look, around 30min to 45min later I went back the ice-cream is still melted & they nv change at all, they only topup the ice-cream WTH, I am dam fucking tl sia.Tianguan & MK was making omelette for us, I think we took about 30 egg altogether ba & they were saying to open a shop went they fail their course haha. After dinner went to do cake, haha really cannot tahan sia, done went to kbox to sing without Rahman & Zhiann cause they got work & exam hai. During Kbox was fun sia haha, having a great time with them but was very tired. Sing finish at 3.15am then cab home.

Wake up at 10am this morning, as usually bath, pack up & stuff. Reach Holiday Inn at 11.40am, meet Chaoyin at locker room cause he say very sian, change & went up while Chaoyin went to have lunch. Wait for my trainer about 20min ba cause Chef Ivan call him buy thing nvm so the senior tell me wat to do later, running buffet & live station this week, the live station I did was fry oyster chinese call ( O AR JIAN / O RU ). Chaoyin good sia 1pm end work but he acc me until 3pm then go home ty bro. Wat I did today was : fry oyster, cut cutter fish, carry good & slice egg. By right end work at 8pm de, but the Chef busy then outside got customer then I dont dare to ask so do until 8.45pm lor ( cum change & bath ). Call Nikki after work cause she miss call me. Dam tired nw going to sleep liao.

Today first day of attachment, wake up at 6.45am to pack, bath & stuff, meet Chaoyin at the Hotel Le Meridien bus stop. Reach Holiday Inn go & change & report to the HR ppl. HR introduce us the hotel thing then say that we need to go orientation on 20 /07 & 21 / 07 sian sia, give us locker, then bring us walk the whole hotel. Today really done nth sia, went to cut vegetable, eat lunch, then proceed to medical check up, injection & X ray. When we reach the X ray place alot of ppl sia we waited for 45min to 1 hour ba. Went back cut vegetable again, went to walk around the whole hotel again. Came back Chef Teo need to go liao, but we haven end work so he call us go see see look look ourself cause our trainer off today ba. So slack around really see see look look help help, help out in deep fry of chicken wing & dont know wat fucking meat with bread crumb. By right end work at 5pm, but the chef they really good sia call us go eat dinner then go home & tell us that only 5pm sharp then can tap out so went to have dinner slack change bath until 5.40pm then leave the place walk to PS with Chaoyin then bus home.

About 9.45pm when to watch You Don't Mess With The Zohan a funny show then cab home.

Wake up have a hair cut, before going out 2 Yipo, 3 Yipo & Gugong come my house. Went to Taopayoh sport hall cause today got taekwondo exam. After exam bus down to orchard to cash studio sing song have a great time, CB changing HP soon, sometime ppl sms cannot receive must shutdown take out the batt for 10 sec then can see again fuck sia. Cab down to MS with Bantian cause having dinner with my production girl cum changing of place by right at orchard de, ate Thai Express chat alot SHHK stuff then bus home.

Reach Wild Wild Wet at 3pm play till 7pm. Brought durian crepe & dinner while waiting for Nikki. When to Pasri Ris Park to ton. Shawn, Ferlica & Jasmine came too, Nikki & Rafie went off at 10+++pm, Jessica, Jasmine, Ferlica & Shawn 6+++am. Have a great chat with Shawn & Chaoyin, Victor abit la. We drink, smoke, chat all the way. In between the middle of the night Chaoyin, Shawn & Me went to Cheer to buy stuff for them, see we are so great haha. All falling asleep around 5+++6am ( in between got ppl rotate to sleep but I only sleep at 4+++am ). Wake up at 9.15am head dam pain sia feeling sian hai. Pack our stuff & walk out of the fucking & cab home. BTW when sleeping around 6+++am all was been waking up by crow cb.

Opp really cant forget wat I do liao

Wake up as usually, meet Hwekheng & Tecklai 3.15pm at Cityhall. Jessica, Jasmine, Ferlica & Shawn was late so wait for them at Jurong East mrt. Went to brought snack then cross popular to wait for shuttle bus to The Chevron. Reach The Chevron Yihong bring us in, slack at the arcade & play majong. At night start BBQ, majong cum cutting cake. Before Baby left, found out that her HP lost then we look for it but still cannot find, then she went off first left they rest continual to find, at last found. Chit chat with friend & sirs till 1am. Yihong was drunk cause his bro keep wan his to tar, he say alot of thing sia then his bro keep on di siao him dam funny. Rain in the middle of the night, so move into the chalet, watch ghost movie, play majong & ban luk. Cab home around 6.30pm.

Hey ppl I am going to yihong chalet cum BD celebration later meeting Hweekheng at Cityhall then go together, at night going pub. Tml I think going Wild Wild Wet then go East Coast Park to ton cause going IA liao ma. Will post again when back

A new month, counting down 5 days to IA. Today wake up at 10.45am, going Wild Wild Wet with : Xavier, Yan, Chaoyin, Victor, Baby, Tecklai, Jasmine, Hweekheng, Jessica, Rafie. Meet Xavier, Victor & Baby at Bugis. Rafie dam early la 12+++pm reach Whitesand liao but we meet 1pm at Downtown mac, he waited for us then we walk to Downtown together, very near only sia next time walk there liao. On the way Yan caught up with us, then we chit chat all the way to Downtown. Reach Wild Wild Wet then I notice that they got cleaning the pool, like Jurong de, but I dont know when, so go check out so suay sia just nice today every tuesday so call up them & ask how they say reach liao then say, so eat mac for breakfast. All of us reach, but we separate to eat different breakfast, in the end we decided to go Sentosa but Yan, Chaoyin, Victor & Rafie went to play arcade so no choice wait for them cb they took dam long sia. So 11 of us 3 cab to Sentosa, Xiaver cab need to go Habour Font to fetch Nikki but in the end nv, some more the uncle dont know the beach, they alighted at the beach station, the uncle dont know hw to fellow our cab meh, our cab only behind lor.

So have alot of game at Sentosa, Baby went off first cause meeting friend ba, Yan fellow but without telling us cause we go buy water for them to drink, I think he send Baby to taopayoh ba cause he stay there. When we about to leave a grp of Korean come and chio us for a soccer match so we agree, we win 7 to 6 cb they play rough & they were fast sia, kana injury by them again, so after match when to change they at there also so, they chio us for photo taking sia haha. Then went to VIVO CITY for dinner at food republic wanted to cab home but alot of ppl in the end bus home.

Wake up at 1.45pm, hai Spain win Euro Cup by 1 goal to nil. Wake up edit script, play PS3, watch TV then went to training. Training was not very tough but I sweat alot. After training play soccer & basketball then went to eat.

Should I go Wild Wild Wet tml ??? Then training ???
