Wake up at 10am this morning, as usually bath, pack up & stuff. Reach Holiday Inn at 11.40am, meet Chaoyin at locker room cause he say very sian, change & went up while Chaoyin went to have lunch. Wait for my trainer about 20min ba cause Chef Ivan call him buy thing nvm so the senior tell me wat to do later, running buffet & live station this week, the live station I did was fry oyster chinese call ( O AR JIAN / O RU ). Chaoyin good sia 1pm end work but he acc me until 3pm then go home ty bro. Wat I did today was : fry oyster, cut cutter fish, carry good & slice egg. By right end work at 8pm de, but the Chef busy then outside got customer then I dont dare to ask so do until 8.45pm lor ( cum change & bath ). Call Nikki after work cause she miss call me. Dam tired nw going to sleep liao.
