Wake up my papa say wan bring me go SPA ask me wan go ma free de, so I say go try lor scince is free & intro by my father friend. So meet my father friend near Paya Lebra MRT there. The SPA is very good sia some sort of home spa. After that went to Machperson to makan then go home, felt very tired then took a nap then went training. I though training was relax today, but very PT sia hai. 2 more week to compertition liao. JIA YOU GOLD HERE I COME =))))
